Private coaching and wellness sessions with Doctor Tom, DPT, for people who want to build a stronger, more mobile, more capable body — and for the decades ahead.

Led by Tom Apruzzese, Doctor of Physical Therapy
Fully private, one-on-one sessions — never a group program
Built around movement, strength, mobility and longevity
The practice
Highly personalized one-on-one sessions designed around your body, your goals, and the life you want to live.
Whether you want to move with more confidence, rebuild strength, improve mobility, return to activities you love, or proactively invest in your long-term physical health, Dr. Tom creates an individualized approach designed around you.
Coaching sessions are a wellness service focused on movement, strength, mobility and long-term physical capability. They are not medical care and do not diagnose or treat any condition.
Who it's for
For people who feel like stiffness, discomfort, weakness, or limited movement has started dictating what they can and can't do.
For people who want expert guidance rebuilding their physical capacity and confidence after a setback or after completing formal medical care.
For people who want their bodies to feel stronger, move more freely, and perform better in everyday life.
For people who want to preserve strength, mobility, balance, independence, and physical capability as they age.
Complimentary first session
Your first session with Dr. Tom is complimentary.
You'll talk about what you're currently experiencing, what feels limited, what you've tried before, and — most importantly — what you want your body to be capable of.
Dr. Tom will learn about your goals, observe how you move, and help determine what kind of individualized approach may make sense for you.
No pressure. No generic program. Just a chance to understand where you are, where you want to go, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
